Ben Allison Managing Partner Bardacke Allison Miller LLP Ben Allison co-founded Bardacke Allison Miller LLP in Santa Fe, where he handles copyright and trademark litigation, some of it involving immersive art, fine art, books, games, and movies. He has been lead counsel in litigation for Harvard University, the BBC, and Johnson & Johnson. Ben is also frequently consulted on transactions involving art, entertainment, publishing, and licensing. He clerked for Tenth Circuit Judge Paul Kelly and was Editor in Chief of the Notre Dame Law Review. Ben has been married to a therapist for 30 years, and the most important things he has learned from her and from their five children. He is currently spending a lot of his spare time learning the game of tennis.
