Ben Allison Managing Partner Bardacke Allison Miller LLP Ben Allison co-founded Bardacke Allison Miller LLP in Santa Fe, where he handles copyright and trademark litigation, some of it involving art, books, and movies. His clients include the Wallace Stegner Literary Estate, the BBC, Harvard University, Meow Wolf, and Judy Chicago. Mr. Allison is frequently consulted on art law matters and on entertainment, publishing, and media transactions. He clerked for Tenth Circuit Judge Paul Kelly and was Editor in Chief of the Notre Dame Law Review. Ben has been married to a therapist for 30 years, and the most important things in his life he has learned from her and from their five children. He is currently spending a lot of his spare time learning the game of tennis.
