Barry Werbin About Barry Barry Werbin is counsel at Herrick, Feinstein LLP and a member of its Intellectual Property Group. Barry concentrates his practice in intellectual property and online issues (copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, unfair competition, false advertising, publicity/privacy rights, trade secrets, domain name disputes, digital rights, trademark/content licensing, online and e-commerce agreements, publishing, and IP due diligence) and technology (including software licensing and development, IT service agreements, website development and hosting, and data breaches). Barry handles infringement and other complex IP related litigation and a broad variety of IP-related transactional matters. Barry received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from City University of New York, Queens College, magna cum laude. Barry currently is Chair of the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section of the NYS Bar Association, and has been a long-time member of the Copyright Society (including a former co-Chair of its NY Chapter).
