Barry Fong

Barry Fong is a Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, one of Canada’s leading business law firms, where he advises clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues involving copyrights, trademarks, domain names, and anti-counterfeiting enforcement. He has acted on matters before the Copyright Board of Canada, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Canada. Barry’s practice also includes advising on corporate and commercial transactions and licensing matters involving IP.
