Avanthi Cole

Avanthi M. Cole is an intellectual property litigator at Cowan Liebowitz & Latman, P.C., where she handles complex copyright, trademark and cybersquatting disputes before federal courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission. Her practice also includes strategic counseling on IP protection, licensing, and enforcement. Prior to working at Cowan, she was an associate in the Copyright Litigation group at Latham & Watkins LLP.

In addition to her work as a practicing attorney, Avanthi is an adjunct professor at Columbia Law School, where she teaches first year law students legal research and writing.
