Anne-Sophie Lampe

I am a partner based in our Paris office, with 15 years’ experience in the technology sector. I specialise in IT, AI and Internet litigation, and work for both tech companies and end-user clients. 

I am passionate about the technology sector because of its relentless innovation. In addition to my practice in IT litigation, my expertise extends to legal issues relating to Artificial Intelligence (AI), including regulatory, contractual, and intellectual property questions. 

Online platform regulations, disputes, and other legal challenges are also a key area of focus of my practice. 

I love to impart knowledge. I have been teaching for many years in two renowned Masters’ degrees in Paris (“Master 2”) dedicated to IT and Digital law (Paris Sorbonne and Paris-Saclay Universities). I provide trainings on a regular basis for our clients and partners, notably for Numeum (formerly Syntec Numérique, the  professional organization of the digital ecosystem in France), for instance on IT case law and AI regulation and contracts. I also contributed to the Bird & Bird international AI Act guide.
