Andrew Berger IP litigator Leichtman Law Andrew Berger is an IP litigator at Leichtman Law in N.Y. representing parties in copyright and trademark disputes. But his initial efforts at IP creation were a failure. As a freshman at Cornell he auditioned for the marching band. The music director chose 35 trumpeters; Andrew struggled along as the 36th. Fortunately, he found his calling later in law practice where he now uses his oral and written skills to craft arguments and strategies in litigation to help his clients enforce their IP rights and resolve their disputes. Andrew now plays his trumpet only when his two dogs are listening.
