CLE FAQ How to Earn CLE Credits – Step-by-Step Register for the Meeting Make sure you’re officially registered for the conference. Attend the Session in Full You must be present for the entire duration of each CLE-eligible session. Partial attendance may not qualify. Listen for Code Words During Each Session During each session, code words will be announced. Write them down — these are required to verify your attendance. Complete the Evaluation & Attorney Attestation Form After the conference ends, you must complete the Evaluation and Attorney Attestation Form, where you will enter all code words collected during the sessions. We kindly ask that you submit this form within 48 hours to help avoid delays in processing your certificate. Certificate Processing While the Copyright Society staff will do their best to issue CLE certificates within 2 weeks, please allow up to 60 days for processing time. Some jurisdictions may take longer to grant approval, which can delay the issuance of certificates.
