They also represent the interests of book publishers, motion picture studios, software companies, music publishers, record labels, sports leagues, broadcasters, guilds, unions, newspaper and magazine publishers, and many other organizations that rely on copyright law to protect their creativity and investments in the creation and distribution of new copyrighted works for the public to enjoy.
