Angelo Madrigale Senior Vice President, Senior Specialist in Fine Art Doyle Auctions Angelo Madrigale joined Doyle in 2011 and is the SVP/ Senior Specialist in Fine Art. In 2012, Angelo was the specialist for Doyle’s inaugural Street Art auction, the first sale in the United States devoted to Street Art and Graffiti. This auction introduced the work of many Street Art and Graffiti artists to the auction market, and set world auction records for Margaret Kilgallen, Revok, How & Nosm and many others. Angelo is the Specialist in charge of the Contemporary works in Doyle New York’s semiannual auctions of Post-War & Contemporary Art, which showcase works by established artists alongside the works of emerging Contemporary, Street Art and Graffiti artists. The success of this strategy is evidenced by the auction records regularly achieved for such artists as Martin Wong, Boaz Vaadia and Will Fowler, among many others.
