Jeff Cadwell

Jeff Cadwell is a partner in the Minneapolis office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where he is the head of the local trademark group, co-chair of the firm-wide Creative Industries practice, and co-editor of the firm’s video game newsletter entitled “Dorsey Legal Arcade.” Jeff’s transactional IP practice includes counseling clients on trademark, copyright, right of publicity, and related issues. He represents a number of clients in the media and entertainment areas, and has expertise in IP licensing, publishing agreements, sponsorship deals, production agreements, and music-related agreements.
