Lulu Pantin Lulu Pantin is a seasoned attorney in the music industry, with a focus on talent-side transactional work and the protection and monetization of intellectual property. In 2022, Lulu launched loop legal, positioning herself as the youngest woman to own her own firm in the music industry. A graduate of Yale Law School, she began her training in the Department of Justice Computer Crimes and IP Section, with a subsequent clerkship at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in their IP Transactions group under David Kappos (former Director of the USPTO). She has accumulated over a decade of experience in intellectual property litigation and transactional work, predominantly at prominent talent-side boutiques. Lulu has established a reputation for thorough and exceptional work product, unyielding integrity, and her tactical advice at critical junctures of her client’s careers, across many disciplines. While the majority of her practice consists of advising high-profile clientele on touring, recording agreements, catalogue sales, and overall business strategy, Lulu also works with authors and executives, and is expanding her representation to include executives and entrepreneurs in the visual arts, culinary arts and natural wine spaces.
