Audrey Adu-Appiah is a litigator in the Washington, D.C. office of Oppenheim + Zebrak, LLP, where her practice focuses on cutting-edge copyright issues. She has represented and advised media, entertainment, fashion, technology, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods companies in disputes involving virtually all types of intellectual property—including copyrights, trademarks, utility patents, design patents, and trade secrets.

Before joining O+Z, Audrey practiced at a leading intellectual property firm in New York City and in the patent litigation department of a global law firm. She clerked for Judge Cornelia T.L. Pillard on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and for Judge Jed S. Rakoff on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Audrey earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was an editor of the Harvard Law Review, and a B.A. in English from Duke University.
