Trevor Maxim

Trevor Maxim is an attorney with experience in intellectual property disputes, counseling, and licensing.  In his current role as Counsel at NBCUniversal, he advises the Universal Products and Experiences group on complex rights issues arising from film and television properties, and drafts and negotiates license agreements for a variety of merchandise and interactive exploitations. 

Trevor previously worked at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton in the Trademark and Copyright group, where he represented clients in various industries including leading social media platforms and film studios, on issues ranging from copyright registration and counseling to trademark enforcement and litigation.
