Juli Saitz

Juli is a New York based Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting that has given expert testimony on a wide range of forensic accounting, damage and valuation issues in a variety of industries.  She specializes in intellectual property disputes, including copyright, trademark, trade secret and patent infringement.  She began her career in forensic consulting in Big Four accounting firms and went on to practice financial advisory services consulting firms.  Juli has more than 25 years of experience in the field and has testified more than 40 times in deposition, arbitration (domestic and international), evidentiary hearings and trial.

Juli is skillful in critiquing opposing expert analyses while supporting her own independent conclusions.  Juli draws from her years of forensic accounting and valuation expertise – the wide range of disputes and industries in which Juli has been involved have made her adept at quickly getting up to speed on disputes regardless of industry.

Juli is certified in financial forensics and accredited in business valuation. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of CPAs and the Licensing Executives Society. She is Fundraising Committee Co-Chair for the Copyright Society.
