RMLS v. AHRN (D. Minn.) — Litigation counsel for RMLS in copyright infringement case concerning multiple listing service database and photographs. Obtained preliminary injunction on behalf of RMLS enjoining infringement of RMLS’s copyrighted works.

Jibbitz v. Jinjiang Huakai Shoes & Garments Co. (D. Nev.) — Litigation counsel for Jibbitz in successfully obtaining seizure order, permanent injunction and $56 million judgment for multiple acts of copyright and trademark infringement arising out of sale of counterfeit footwear accessories.
