Prince, Lenz vs. Universal Music, SOFA Entertainment, Inc. v. Dodger Productions, Inc., Authors Guild v HathiTrust, Cambridge University Press et al. v. Patton et al (the “Georgia State” case), and many others are having a significant impact on the future of copyright.
