Jonathan Wiggins is Associate General Counsel at Elsevier since 2022. Prior to joining Elsevier, he spent more than a decade at IEEE, most recently serving as Senior Intellectual Property Attorney and Chief PrKeany Officer.

Jonathan earned his J.D. in Intellectual Property Law from Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science and Government from Kean University.
