Among other pressing topics, we’ll be considering whether these provisions constitute an extraterritorial application of copyright law; how the EU AIA might impact developers relying on the fair use defense; how these provisions could impact rightsholders within and outside the EU; and how the Act’s requirements relating to copyright intersect with existing EU copyright law.
